One of the dishes in this Menu is the Teriyaki Chicken Pasta. It’s prepared with grilled seasoned chicken, Asian noodles marinated in teriyaki sauce, topped with steamed broccoli and carrots. This combination forms an exotic plate, perfect for those who love an adventure at a low cost! This Menu is indeed an adventure of exploding taste buds, yet its healthy staying under 550 calories, all starting at $8.99!

“I really love the under 550 calorie menu; the sizzling Asian shrimp and broccoli. I think guests will really be excited about this dish because it comes with an abundance of shrimp. Typically they’re surprised with the amount of food they get with these menu items. And, on this particular item, they’re going to get 14 blackened shrimp that really send this dish over the top with some great flavors. This menu really allows our guests to indulge in great flavors while eating healthy at the same time.”

“At Applebee’s we offer the under 550 calorie menu. It gives guest the opportunity to order up healthy items. One of the items I’m really excited about is the Sizzling Chili Lime Chicken. We use fresh vegetables such as boch choi and mushrooms and then we’re tossing it with a sauce that’s full of suracha, roasted garlic, and some onions which  gives this dish some great Asian qualities. Guests love this dish. The fresh vegetables, the grilled chicken, the spicy sauce, they love it!”
